Introducing Oyuu

Another dragon character. This a water dragon by the name Oyuu, essentially meaning 'Great Hot Water'. Adapted for living on the ocean floor and eating fish. The wings are attatched oddly because they are not designed to give the water dragon lift, but aid in swimming. I can't exactly explain it, but, as the ref sheet hints, they work the same way as a sailfish, allowing Oyuu to swim faster when they're held up and together.

While stretching his wings like such, tucking back his legs, and his hindlegs tucking against the tail, Oyuu can swim in a manner akin to a fish or snake. His diet is composed of ONLY fish, hence the design of his snout, and, while unsociable, he isn't a threat to people, especially seeing as life on the ocean bottom keeps him out of contact with most creatures like them.
